Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we ship worldwide with very few exceptions for countries that are basically unreachable.

How long does it take until the order gets shipped?

Almost all products are in stock and regularly we ship the orders within a couple of days. We need a couple days more for items that need special modifications.(for example rings with special issues due to sizing)

Are the products in stock?

Yes! Everything is in stock unless otherwise noted.

How can i check the progress of my order?

You can check your progress of your order by logging in to you account and checking the status of your order. With every change, the status gets updated.

Can i place an order without creating an account?

Yes of course! You have the option to place an order as a guest. Be advised though that is much more preferable to just fill a password while placing the order so afterwards be able to get updates about your order from your account dashboard.

Can i cancel an order?

Yes as long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it. Just send us an email at support@reinablack.com with the order number and your request for cancel it. We just need the sender’s email to be the same with the one that was used for placing the order.

I have a promo code. Where do i enter it?

You can enter your promo code either in your cart page or during the checkout process. In the basket (card page) there is a field “coupon code” where you can enter it and then press “apply coupon”. During checkout there is the same option at the top center of the page.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with credit/debit card or your PAYPAL account. For domestic orders throughout Greece you also have the option for cash on delivery. The credit card processing is done through the secure environment of PAYPAL.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We use the secure environment of PayPal for processing credit card payments.  PayPal accepts all major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover

The credit card processing is done through the secure environment of PayPal. It is a highly secure financial service, backed with some of the best end-to-end encryption available. Also when you pay with PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the seller.

Where will my order be shipped from?

We are located in Greece thus every order is shipped from here: Athens – Greece

What shipping carriers do you use?

For our domestic order we use “Geniki Taxydromiki” as our shipping carrier. For every other order we have collaboration with DHL and every order gets carried out with DHL Express service which is very fast, trackable and reliable.

What is the shipping cost?

All domestic orders and international orders above 100€ are suitable for Free Shipping. For every other order the cost is 18€ for DHL Express shipping service.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! All domestic orders independently of the amount and all international orders above 100€ are suitable for Free Shipping!

Is a tracking number provided with my order?

Yes. All the shipping methods we use are fully trackable!
